Our team has decades of experience assisting homeowners and commercial property owners with everything from pond maintenance to SCM/BMP annual certification and repair. Foundational Qualities of a Successful Team Member:

  • Background in landscaping or similar industry, hardscape installation, water feature installation, stormwater management, etc…
  • Complete job tasks on client sites in a professional manner
  • Practice proper techniques for nuisance vegetation control
  • Demonstrated ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work on steep slopes, around water, and possible wildlife

Immediate Opportunities Include:

Field Tech: Field Techs provide service and maintenance support at customer locations. They are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing water features, lakes, ponds, and/or stormwater devices out in the field. We are currently hiring field techs in the following divisions: water gardens, lake and pond, and stormwater.

Crew Supervisor: Similar to field techs, but need demonstrated leadership capabilities. We are currently hiring crew supervisors in stormwater repairs and stormwater maintenance.

Compliance Repair Crew Leader: This person will report to the service coordinator daily to receive jobs and company updates as needed. They will be responsible for repairing stormwater control measures (and lakes and ponds), operating a variety of small and large equipment in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring proper maintenance is performed on all assigned company equipment, reading and understanding construction drawings, planting plans, and surveys, shooting grades onsite as required by projects, understanding and operating company technology to complete and submit service reports, and overseeing and tracking employee hours/material costs to stay within project budgets.

Stormwater Maintenance Technician: Working under the direct supervision of the division manager, this is a field-based position and is an integral part of the profitable and efficient execution of work in the field. Work is completed across a variety of sites and devices. Day-to-day maintenance activities may include operating a maintenance route using a company-provided vehicle, applying herbicide to control invasive or nuisance vegetation, removing trash and debris, inspecting stormwater devices to ensure functionality, and providing accurate and quality reports of site visits and inspections. Equipment used in day-to-day activities to complete work includes a company-provided work truck, backpack blowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, backpack sprayers, kayaks, and various hand tools.

Stormwater Mow Crew Leader:  Working under the direct supervision of the division manager, this is a field-based position and is an integral part of the profitable and efficient execution of work in the field. Work is completed across a variety of sites and devices. Day-to-day maintenance activities may include operating a maintenance route using a company-provided vehicle, applying herbicide to control invasive or nuisance vegetation, removing trash and debris, inspecting stormwater devices to ensure functionality, and providing accurate and quality reports of site visits and inspections. Equipment used in day-to-day activities to complete work includes a company-provided work truck, backpack blowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, backpack sprayers, kayaks, and various hand tools.

Water Features Field Technician: Working under the direction of the division manager, this is a field-based position and is an integral part of the profitable and efficient execution of work in the field. Work is completed across a variety of sites both commercial and residential. Day-to-day activities may include performing regular maintenance on client accounts (this will include but is not limited to trimming vegetation, water treatment, pump maintenance, leaf removal, cleaning filter screens, and minor landscape maintenance), constructing water gardens and koi ponds, fish acclimation and installation, pump and plumbing installation, and annual or bi-annual cleanouts. Equipment used in day-to-day activities to complete work includes but is not limited to Aquascape products, backpack blowers, sump pumps, fish tanks, landscape trailers, various hand tools, landscaping equipment, and a company vehicle.
