Triangle Pond Management Executive Team
Sam Williams: Owner
Sam is a NCSU Graduate and is one of our Wildlife Biologist. He’s a passionate outdoorsman and a very accomplished Waterfowl hunter who was recently featured in “Carolina All Out”. Sam aka “The Champ” is also the owner of Champs Guide Service which specializes in both Guided Hunting and Fishing Trips. He volunteers his time, expertise and resources during Youth Duck Weekend to introduce and teach kids the many facets of waterfowl hunting. Sam is a father of two and enjoys the Great Outdoors and spending time with his family.
Andrea Williams: President
Andrea is the original team member of Triangle Pond, joining in 2007. She has dedicated her career to the development and growth of the business and takes pride in having a hand in each department as well as knowing all employees on a personal level. Andrea graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Social Work. In her early career, Andrea worked with at risk communities providing case management for safe and stable environments for families. She uses her past work experience on a daily basis in her current role, as President, to focus on team building and effective communication.
Outside of Triangle Pond, Andrea’s main joy and focus is her two children, Leland and Georgia. She also has a cat, Kirby, and the company’s most enjoyable employee, her poodle, Louie. Andrea and her children love going to the beach, volunteering, and spending time with friends.
Triangle Pond Management Office Team
Originally from upstate New York, owned and operated Renu’s Spa and Skincare Medical Spa for over 10 years where she learned all aspects of business and how to run a successful company. She relocated her family to Raleigh, NC in 2013 where she began working as a branch manager for a national remodeling company. Tracey joined TPM August 2020 as our General Manager.
Tracey has a Degree in Business Management. She volunteers in many areas including local food banks, mentorship for young women as well as other community related volunteer programs. She has hosted several big charity events including a yearly masquerade ball to raise money for local children’s charities. Tracey loves being involved in her church, community and spending time with her family.
Our Office Manager has been with TPM since June of 2017. He is currently an undergrad student at NC Wesleyan, in their adult studies program, double majoring in business administration and accounting. Joshua’s background is primarily in distribution and retail sales. He and his lovely bride have been married for five years and is the proud dad of a very sweet, one-year old little girl. Joshua enjoys going to the beach, playing video games, and relaxing on the couch watching a movie.
Started working at the age of 14 and recently joined the TPM September 2020. She recently graduated from Johnston Community College Early College Program and plans on furthering her education. Keirsten loves all animals and would love to have a full farm one day. She tried to convince her mother to let her have a goat, duck, hedgehog and many other animals to share her room while growing up.
