Hired a few months after graduation, he excelled as a crew supervisor working in the stormwater repair division. Taking time to learn the industry in and out he helped grow the division into a highly successful part of the Triangle Pond business model. Taking the lessons and knowledge learned from the classroom along with hands-on application in the field, he now serves as the company’s President. In this role, he continues to help grow the company by focusing the Triangle Pond team on excellent client service and cultivating a highly-skilled, knowledgeable, and motivated team.

She, along with her husband and 11 year old son, love their North Carolina life and have become Caniacs rooting for the Carolina Hurricanes.  Lori loves to entertain and cook and enjoyed helping to plan company events and team appreciation days!

Richard Schreier

Richard began his Lake and Storm Water Management adventure in the early ’90s in the Aquatic Vegetation mecca of South Florida. He spent nearly a decade commanding airboats, ATVs, and swamp buggies on a broad range of environmental projects. Over the next 15 years, he went on to oversee the Southeast for one of the largest vegetation management companies in the U.S.

Richard brought his wealth of knowledge to the Triangle in 2019 when he joined Triangle Pond Management. Along with a dynamic team of North Carolina State University environmental alumni, he makes up the heart of TPM’s Maintenance Division. Our goal is to merge regulatory- and science-based knowledge with practicality and value to provide exceptional stormwater management services.

Colby Pittman

Growing up in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, Colby spent much of his time exploring and admiring the natural streams and waterfalls throughout the mountains. After graduating from NC State University in 2017, he joined Triangle Pond as a water garden technician. Colby has worked his way up to the division manager and takes pride in getting to know his customers. Now that he calls Raleigh home, Colby is very passionate about recreating those natural streams and soothing water features that he grew up spending time around.

Outside of Triangle Pond, Colby is recently engaged and together they have a beloved dachshund. He enjoys visiting family, hunting, and spending time on the water.
